Is the Sound Design Course suitable for beginners?

No. The Sound Design course is intended for Intermediate / Advanced users who already have considerable experience on a DAW such as Cubase, Logic or Ableton Live.

 

What hardware do I need to take the Sound Design course?
Mac Users

  • Mac OS X v10.4 or later
  • Power Mac G4 1 GHz Minimum (depending on the audio software requirements)
  • 512 MB RAM
  • DVD drive required for installation
  • Core Audio compatible audio hardware is required
  • A MIDI Controller keyboard

PC Users

  • Windows XP Home or XP Professional
  • Intel / AMD / Athlon Processor 1.4 GHz minimum (depending on the audio software requirements)
  • 512 MB RAM
  • DVD drive required for installation
  • Windows MME compatible audio hardware is required (ASIO compatible audio hardware required for low latency operation)
  • A MIDI Controller keyboard

Is the Sound Design Course accredited?
