More news from a former student, who is moving up the ladder towards becoming a break-through artist in 2011.

Rob Hayes has been crafting his tunes for a number of years, but had not had a track published or released, and like many was becomnig a frustrated producer. Determined to prove himself in the industry he is so passionate about, he took on four classes with Point Blank to focus his production skills and gain a broad knowledge of the various forms of House Music, and the techniques that go into the production of each style, taking Deep & Soulful House, Mixing Dance Music, Electro House and our Remixing courses across the space of a very short time.

Since completing all four courses, Rob has gone on to force his way onto the Toolroom Records: Ibiza 2011 album which features House behemoths, including; Mark Knight, Fedde le Grand, Deadmau5 and Daft Punk. Rob teamed up with friend Jason Cadden to produce ‘Get Up’, which, along with the rest of the tunes on the compilation, is a massive Ibiza anthem out on the island this summer.
