We have two amazing opportunities for Point Blank students to work with legendary British songwriter and producer, Cameron McVey. Cameron is searching for two up and coming producers who have a strong interest in dance music and looking to enhance their CV with some first hand industry experience.
This is a great chance to learn from a top industry professional responsible for propelling the careers of some of Britain’s most influential acts such as Neneh Cherry, Massive Attack, Portishead, Sugababes and All Saints.
The first opportunity is an intern role (unpaid) working at Cameron’s studio which is based in Kings Cross. The second is for a producer/beatmaker to join a trio featuring a vocalist whose influences include Thom Yorke and a rapper for a series of live dates.
Potential applicants must either be in the completing stages of the Music Production & Sound Engineering Diploma or recently finished.
