Over the past few years DJ controllers and beatmaking devices have rapidly increased in popularity and none more so than the Native Instruments Maschine.  This device combines powerful beatmking and production ability with expressive real-time control.  Maschines are often seen in demo videos being used simply to fire off percussion hits for rapid pad drumming sequences: although admittedly impressive, these kinds of techniques overlook much of the Maschine’s potential in other areas.  Danny J Lewis gives the lowdown of what you can expect on the upcoming Point Blank Online Maschine course, due to start on April 30th -
