Following up from our last vocal recording session which featured Robert Owens, we’re very pleased to be welcoming singer/songwriter Jamie George to work live in the studio with Point Blank tutor Raffertie on a vocal writing and recording masterclass, in association with DJ Mag and B@TV. On Wednesday 21st November at 4pm (GMT) tune in to the live online broadcast to get an exclusive insight into how a collaboration of producer and singer/songwriter works in the studio and how they work together to write and record a track using Logic Pro.
As always it’s free to come and sit in the audience if you’re a PB student, however places are limited and will be allocated on a strictly first come first serve basis. After the session, we’ll be putting questions forward from the room and everyone watching the live broadcast via our channel.

A bit of Jamie George background…
Jamie has worked hard to develop and grow as an artist and as a top line song writer, often seen simply as “Roska’s MC/Host”, Jamie is being tipped by many as “one to look out for” with his forthcoming solo album (Rinse) dropping shortly.
Jamie oozes fun, confidence and experience in all he does, whether it be performing in a dark underground rave alongside Roska or alone on stage at a concert/festival, Radio or TV, no matter the size or scale, Jamie always gives a 100% and his interactive approach is a pleasure to watch.
Jamie’s musical style has a unique twist which is catchy and playful, and his down to earth personality always come across in his relatable lyrics. He describes himself as more of a melodic storyteller than a singer or MC.
