Publishing

Point Blank is unique – we are the only music school to have our own publishing company, Point Blank Music, (sub-published by Universal Music -the largest music publisher in the world). Every Point Blank student has the opportunity to submit their work for consideration by Universal Music. This includes course work while you’re studying and the offer remains open after your course has ended, starting a working relationship that can last as long as you want it to. Once in the loop, you can receive work briefs from Point Blank via Universal Music and enter specific tracks for specific jobs i.e. adverts, TV, film soundtracks etc.

Our work with brands such as Orange Telecommunications, Bacardi and First Choice Holidays also leads to music publishing opportunities for our students. For example, check out the Orange Mixer which Point Blank has designed and constructed for Orange and for which we have also supplied a large body of original music created by our students and tutors.
