Yes. The course assumes no previous experience. You will learn Ableton Live from the ground up with an emphasis upon using Ableton Live as a DJ performance tool.

What hardware do I need to take the Sound Design course?
Mac Users

• Power Mac G4 1 GHz Minimum (depending on the audio software requirements)
• 512 MB RAM
• Core Audio compatible soundcard is required
• A MIDI Controller keyboard

PC Users

• Windows Vista, XP Home or XP Professional
• Intel / AMD / Athlon Processor 1.4 GHz minimum (depending on the audio software requirements)

• ASIO compatible soundcard required for low latency operatio
